Restaurant Assistant Manager


Summary of responsibilities but not limited to:
Responsible for assisting general manager of the daily operations of the restaurant, including development and performance management of employees. In addition they oversee the inventory and ordering food and supplies,optimize profits and ensure that guests are satisfied with their dining experience. Assistant manager is responsible also for enforcing food safety and be able to comply with the company policies,federal/state/local laws and ordinance. Must be Servsafe certified,ensure proper security are in place to protect employees,guests and company assets.
Qualifications:
College degree is preferred. But a combination of practical experience,common sense and education will be considered as a alternative. Knowledge of computers(MS Word,excel).Posses driver license,eligible to work in the USA and must agree to background and credit check. He or She should be self-discipline,initiative,leadership ability and outgoing.
Working conditions:
Be able to work between 45 to 50 hours a week,perform some functions at the restaurant level,handle hot and cold items,prolonged standing,etc.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
