LMI is looking for an experienced commercial electrical foreman that professionally exhibits a priority on safety, quality work, making good decisions, working well with field supervisors and is comfortable leading a team.
Documented tenant space experience will be required.
Required:
Safety is a top priority.
Must have thorough understanding of Lockout/Tagout, ARC Flash Protection and willingness to achieve the OSHA 10 card.
Must comply and enforce LMI safety standards.
(Available for review) Provide references for commercial electrical experience as a foreman.
Good teamwork skills, working with contractors, vendors, AHJ and superintendents.
Drug test, CBC Back ground check and MVR check.
Must arrive on time everyday with professional appearance and attitude.
Pay and
Benefits:
$32 to $38 per hour (Depending on experience and interview).
