In this role, the Associate will develop and maintain excellent relations with new and existing policy holders.
Responsibilities 1.
Make outbound calls to follow up with customers regarding their payment.
2.
Make outbound calls to customers who are subject to policy cancellation for non payment.
3.
Follow up on life policy customers to prevent cancellations of life policies.
Skills and Experience Must have an active Property & Casualty License and/or Personal Lines License Must be able to work in a FAST PACE environment Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills Accountability focused agency Job Type:
