SummaryThe qualified candidate will be responsible answering inbound calls from members and providers related to Georgia Medicaid provider/member portal.
Their responsibilities will be to provide friendly and general technical support to the callers.
Assist with all Web Portal technical support questions that Members, Providers may have accessing and registering for Web Portal.
Your role in our mission Put your skills to work to solve client problems, 1st Tier Help Desk Support for Web Portal Navigation and Password Assistance Assistance with Claims, and File Rejections Collaborate with team members, management, and clients to resolve client inquiries.
Completes complex tasks, assignments, and defined processes with some level of independence.
Multiple assignments worked and completed simultaneously as directed by leadership.
Adhere to the client's SLAs and consistently meet production targets What we're looking for 2 or more years of customer service experience in any industry Knowledge of basic help desk software, computer software and Microsoft Office applications Strong problem-solving skills to bring inquiries to effective resolution Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on written and oral communication to respond to inquiries professionally Ability to understand your role on a team and identify the correct stakeholders to consult to resolve client inquiries #LI-ONSITE #LI-JS1What you should expect in this role Office environment May require shift work Recommended Skills Claim Processing Communication Customer Service Friendliness Help Desk Leadership Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
