Job Description:
The Account Manager Assistant for Sweetwater Pool and Spa is key to the overall growth and development of our business by providing administrative support to the Account Manager and upper management team.
He or she will work directly with the Account Manager to aid in client communications, new client intake, and internal organization.
This role will work to build new client contracts, oversee proper billing of residential accounts, and be a strategic point of customer service for account related issues.
This position is part-time with the capacity to become full-time with a full benefits package.

Client Communications Contract building New client intake Work order submissions Dispatch management Filing and data entry Miscellaneous administrative tasks Physical Demands:
Lift up to 25lbs, bend, kneel, sit or stand for long periods.
