This role is for a detail-oriented individual that is interested in learning all aspects of the Refreshment Services products being provided.

The ideal candidate has experience with sales/retail sales of any kind.
Specific Duties:
Assist with placement of orders, changes to orders, etc.
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
Suggest products and services to enhance customers' experience.
Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Proven customer support experience.
Vending management software experience.
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively Requirements:
Ability to pass a drug test.
Ability to pass a background check Position Information:
