We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, has a positive attitude, and loves to work with people.
This position will be responsible for answering phones, scheduling appointments, and making sure our clients have the best experience with us.
Responsibilities Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate person.
Schedule appointments for clients.
Follow up on open appointments.
Make sure clients receive the best service possible.
Work with our sales team to ensure each client gets the best experience possible.
Communicate with clients in a professional manner.
Follow all company policies and procedures.
Take initiative to solve problems and be creative.
Skills & Qualifications Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
Computer skills (preferably Word, Excel, Outlook).
Positive attitude & outgoing personality.
