Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Ability to work well under pressure and handle confidential information.
Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor.
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
Relevant work experience, typically 1-3 years.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Additional qualities to help stand out:
Knowledge of the vape industry and products.
E-Commerece Knowledge or Sales Background preferred (not needed) Understanding of how to use Social Media to communicate with customers, and content creation/posting.
Experience in customer service, order fulfillment, and shipment tracking.
Knowledge of accounting and invoicing processes.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online sales processes.
Ability to research and stay up to date on industry trends and changes.
Knowledge of different payment methods, including credit cards and online payment systems.
Ability to manage and maintain customer relationships and resolve any issues that may arise.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills for working with vendors and suppliers.
